Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg meets with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on his visit to Russia.
RUSSIA-ZUCKERBERG - The facebook founder, on his first visit to Russia, met Dmitry Medvedev at the Prime Minister' s residence outside Moscow.
Russian Deputy Prime Ministers Arkady Dvorkovich and Vladislav Surkov also took part in the meeting.
According to the Russian government cooperation in the IT technology and Skolkovo - presented as Russian Silicon valley - are among among topics which will be discussed during Zuckerberg's visit to Russia.
During his visit to Moscow 28-year-old Zuckerberg hopes to boost Facebook's popularity in Russia where it faces strong competition from the local social networks like VKontate and Odnoklassniki which have much more users than
Facebook.
Despite a busy schedule Zuckerberg found time to walk on the Red Square and to grab a bite at McDonalds.
